Deep Shit: Jennifer Crescuillo

1 May - 19 June 2026

Opening Reception Friday, May 1 6-9pm

Elephant is excited to present Deep Shit, an exhibition of recent work by Jennifer Crescuillo.

Deep Shit is a digestion of the world today. The sad, the happy, the futures we wish we were living, the present we find ourselves in. We're in Deep Shit on many levels. Perhaps personally, certainly globally. But how do we exist here? Do we make art, dance, sing, fight, cry, lay down in the gutter and wait to die? We have all faced that moment of Deep Shit in our lives, maybe more than once. We know the feeling.

Jennifer Crescuillo creates resourceful glass objects to explore the uncanny, painful, grotesque, humorous, and sarcastic ways we survive and make beauty, despite the world around and within us.
